(Indio, Calif. –August 4th, 2010) – - Don Diego’s of Indian Wells and Rafael of Palm Springs will launch a series of fashion shows starting Sunday, August 8th, 2010, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and continuing every other Sunday thereafter. Proceeds from raffles and silent auctions along with a percentage of sales will be given to Martha’s Village & Kitchen to assist them in providing programs and services to Coachella Valley residents in need.
Don Diego’s is located on the southeast corner of Cook Street and Highway 111. Enjoy half-price cocktails, a happy hour menu with $1.00 tacos, burritos and more or choose from a fabulous dinner menu. Julie, President of Rafael of Palm Springs, will be featuring beautiful resort wear for ladies in women’s, plus & junior sizes. The clothing will be available for purchase during the fashion shows.
Martha’s Village & Kitchen was founded in 1990 and recently celebrated its 20 year anniversary of making a difference in the lives of thousands of people. It is the largest provider of comprehensive homeless services in Riverside County. Its continuum of care provides a place for people to regain their lives and includes Emergency and Transitional housing for single adults and families, Counseling, Job Skills, Career and Education Training, Medical Care and Children's Services.
